Shared Income

Our priority is to maximise your returns. Canbnb management fee is 20% of net earnings (this becomes 22% to account for GST). The fee includes all of the costs of operating your listing. These costs include toiletries (shampoo, soap, conditioner, hand wash, toilet paper), cleaning products (dishwashing liquid and tablets, various cleaning liquids), food items (tea, coffee, sugar, breakfast cereal, milk), handyman inspections, communications, and a lot more.

Fixed Income

If you are seeking the certainty of a rental return and would like us to test the Airbnb waters for you, we can rent your property at 10% above the market-rate. Our preference is always to to share the income with you however we understand Airbnb is a big step and that you may prefer guaranteed income.

Remote Management

Some owners prefer to coordinate the management of cleaning, linen and maintenance themselves, whilst leaving the obligation for communication and problem solving to us. If you are seeking to take responsibility for local management we can offer a lower management fee of 16.5% including GST. We will create your listing, coordinate your cleaning, laundering, digitally audit the cleans, provide all communications with the guests and manage your listing calendar. You will be responsible for approving cleaners and maintenance businesses and provide a local contact to react to emergencies – such as a guest being locked out of the property.
