A beautiful spot! The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The outside balcony is private, comfortable and overlooks the park. Location is ideal for walking, has multiple eateries close by and lots of shopping.

I've never used an Air BNB before this one. I found it a great experience. I was given great but simple instructions to find n access the joint. I was given a video that went through everything without that boring time wasting ferl. It was great and stress reducing.The place was modern, exceptionally clean and well decorated/furnished.We got there after a long drive, got the key, got to our car park and to our rooms.Made to feel important when we entered by the way it was all set up.I met other people staying in the building and I don't know if they were permanent residence or visitors but everyone was polite and friendly. Very comforting.We had a great time visiting our capital and its sights over a longish weekend.And there is this massive park just a short walk away full a great stuff!.I'm use to space as a farmer with several hundreds of hectares at my personal disposal and the park was a connection for me to keep the city madness away.Daniel the owner was at my disposal and very helpful.Thankyou for our stay, it was my first holiday away from the farm in a great many years.

Daniel's apartment is a great comfortable place to stay in the centre of Kingston. It is clean, easy to find and spacious. There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes in walking distance and also to the lake front. Our family enjoyed our long weekend and would not hesitate to come back another time.

The location was close to an event we were attending & suited our needs perfectly. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. It is well appointed with comfortable beds. Being a 2-bathroom property is a bonus for us.

An excellent apartment in a great location. Everything we needed was in this really well equipped apartment, very clean and very comfortable. We were travelling with another couple and the space was perfect for the four of us. The collection and return of the keys was super easy from right outside the same building and the car parking easy. Being next to the city walk in the CBD precinct means easy access to cafes restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again, thank you Daniel!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment is on the 14th floor and has a beautiful view of the city. The furniture is beautiful and elegant, and everything is very clean. The location is in the city center. Everything is close to you. Restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, and close to the Australian National University. Communication with the host is easy and quick. I hope to stay again when I visit Canberra.

This apartment across the road from Glebe Park was perfect!! It was clean and modern and close to everything. I would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back when we are back in Canberra. Daniel the host was very prompt in answering all questions. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience!!!

We stayed in Braddon . We found from the time of booking to leaving was a smooth friendly experience. Our unit was amazing , very organised and immaculate. We had everything we needed for a 4 day stay . We were central and only used our car on day 3 . The owners were extremely helpful and the directions were very clear snd easy to understand . Definitely would stay there again.

All is fine as long as nothing goes wrong then they are experts at giving the run around.We booked a stay based on the advertisement and it turned out the advertisement was misleading and deceptive and in conflict with consumer laws.An example - the advtisement boasted airconditioning the unit had been tagged out of service since February 2024 ie 9 months - it was a 35 deg day.They offered alternative accommodation which didn't happen and refused a refund of any sort.Warning do expect ethical service if anything goes wrong and a lot did.I will be spreading my experience and the refund that could have been made will no doubt be lost as no doubt I will not use them again and expect others won't as well.

Hi, I’m writing this review as an owner who letted my property through the Canbnb management company on Airbnb.I really don’t like providing negative reviews on Google, but I was very disappointed by my experience and I want to make other owners aware of the issues I experienced.For example, I requested a gardener to come once a month prior to leaving Australia and we returned to find many of our plants had died. The company wouldn’t consider providing us with any compensation, despite that I was paying for the gardener and they were regularly servicing the house.We also have a small dog and Canbnb couldn’t guarantee that pet safe products were used on the garden. This caused me a lot of anxiety when we returned and our dog was sick. Thankfully, they eventually confirmed all products used were dog safe.I often asked for things to occur via WhatsApp and despite written agreement from staff, it didn’t occur. This led to me feeling very misled, de-prioritised and frustrated.I was also promised that we would return to a house that was cleaner than before. Instead, we returned to damage, such as carpet stains and a hole in the wall, which I needed to alert the company to before any action was taken.Judging by guest reviews, most of our guests had a positive stay. However, as owners, our experience wasn’t nearly as positive.

I stayed at the 3 bedroom house in Braddon Canberra! Ummmmm SO GOOD. Will 100% recommend and will 100% be back. Communication with owners was amazing, their responses were fast and really easy to understand. The house was CLEAN which made it a great success for when we were leaving, everything had a place, was free from clutter. There were lots of resources - extra blankets, cups, utensils to actually cook a whole meal, plenty of bedrooms ALL with an ensuite! Are you kidding me it was incredible. I can’t recommend this place enough. Instructions were very clear and owner was very professional and polite. Canbnb stay was a 10/10 😊

It’s clear these review are paid for. The apartment I stayed in was dirty, old, cheap and felt like I was walking into an op-shop. Dust and grime everywhere, food still on surfaces and hairs on the bathroom floor. The furniture was broken, the balcony door barely useable and a grating noise from the air condition which made it impossible to sleep. AVOID.

If I could rate it as zero stars I would. Arrived yesterday just after 3pm, curtains missing in main bedroom, wi fi not working, frontdoor lock jamming....the list goes on and on. Spoke to the owner/manager who said that someone would attend to rectify.... still waiting at 9am. This is an important break for us with 2 grandchildren who we rarely see. It has all gone belly up since yesterday afternoon. I cannot recommend this company.

UPDATE 21/05/24: Feel like I should clarify as CanBNB have felt it necessary to name the person who made the booking, which again is terrible customer service and I would encourage them to delete it.I feel like I need to be ABUNDANTLY clear that Can BNB were told that they would receive a payment for the replacement keys once they sent through an invoice or receipt for the cost. This is not what they did, they were demanding money without doing any work or proving that any work would be done.The claim was then cancelled by Air BnB because Can BnB were taking too long, and given that the "co-owner" replaced the keys, I suspect that they had a few spare – maybe?ORIGINAL POST:Terrible service that is opposed to Air BnB’s rules. I am responding on behalf of a person who made the booking and having the issue.In a completely and random unfortunate event, a key was dropped into the elevator shaft — incredibly unlucky, no bounce just went straight down the smallest gap.After this CanBnb was contacted immediately and informed of what happened, there was a spare key so access wasn’t an issue.At first “Daniel” responded (it would seem that Daniel isn’t a person, but rather a collective of various customer service reps) and based on their questions clearly knew nothing about the property, but asked for photos and said they would inform the building manager (this was after asking to “see if there was a reception desk”… there wasn’t).They said that they would be able to retrieve the key when the lift was being serviced, this will be important later on.Two weeks after the stay there had been no contact about the key, then Canbnb and “Daniel” requested a $225 payment that was then immediately cancelled and bumped up to $421. The explanation was that they needed to replace the locks AND get a new key and fob (the fob was for the building, so it is unclear what the story is there).When questioned why a locksmith was needed when only one set was lost they said for security reasons… for a key that was lost in an elevator shaft.They have said they spoke to building management and that they could retrieve the key when the lift was being serviced, or pay $600 (so it costs $421 to replace a key, fob and change the locks or $600 to retrieve a key from an elevator shaft????)Not disputing having to replace the key and pay for a replacement fob, that’s fair enough, and we offered to pay for the cost of the key and fob once an invoice with a receipt for those charges had been issued.Contacted AirBnb about this and the helpful staff said that the company cannot do this, and this was then told to CanBnb who ignored that and are persisting that a locksmith is needed.It’s obvious that “Daniel” from CanBnb is an assortment of customer service reps who do not know the context of the issue and are intermittently responding to the dispute.It’s evident that they know that they cannot charge a random number as they’re now saying that losing the key “will incur a fee”. That’s not up for dispute, what is being disputed is charging an arbitrary amount for an ordinary door key and building fob.CanBnb is just a AirBnb subletting agent acting as a middle man. Their customer service is appallingly detached and impersonal and they’re clearly imposing their own rules that don’t align with AirBnb’s.I would suggest a high degree of caution when dealing with CanBnb and always question what they say, because there is probably more than one person saying various things.

Depends on the apartments/ house . Some apartments/ houses are very clean and tidy and some lack maintenance. However, CanBnb always tries to maintain good quality service and tries to keep their apartments/ houses very clean and tidy.

This is a place i can definitely recommend as it is close to Food and close to the tram. It has an indoor heated swimming pool with a gym and the actual apartment itself is nice and clean. I have stayed here, twice with my family, second time, without hesitation, to even look elsewhere.

We loved our stay at Daniel's place. The apartment was exactly as photographed ... a lovely, comfortable place and we didn't want for anything. The location was also perfect ... a beautiful view of the lake. A morning coffee sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise rise was the best way to start the day. There were local cafes and restaurant along the board walk just downstairs. Daniel was also very helpful, friendly and prompt with all communication and made check in a breeze. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we're lucky enough to get back this way.

The property we stayed at was perfect for our needs of being close to family. It is a large spacious and well kept home. Extremely tidy and well maintained. The main bedroom and en-suite are is large and private to the rest of the house. All bedrooms were of a good size with very comfortable bedding. The kitchen and amenities were modern and well appointed. A wonderful deck area and garden at the back of the house was perfect for afternoon drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming family oriented home.

This is a very comfortable, well appointed flat. Daniel is a very professional and responsive host and communicated proactively to ensure our stay was smooth and comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need. The location is excellent and convenient, with onsite parking that makes a perfect stay if you're driving. There's a great grocer across the road and great restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended and would love to stay there again.

Great apartment in an awesome location. Bed and couch were very comfy and the kids loved the pool, especially since it was the middle of winter. Walked to the city centre but also had fantastic eateries right round the corner. Give Bent Spoke brewery and the Tikka Hut food van a go!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Daniel's place. A very pleasant and lovely apartment. All things were new and worked well (the check-in process was a little complicated though). There was even a heated swimming pool and gym in the basement. The apt is centrally located and easily accessible to one of the main thoroughfare, Parkes Way. It was only a 10 mins walk to Canberra Centre and there was an underpass which gave us direct access to the lovely Commonwealth Park. Will stay again if we revisit Canberra.

I had the most incredible experience staying at this outstanding apartment with its breathtaking view! Daniels was extremely responsive, and the place was not only impeccably clean, but also impressively spacious and thoughtfully equipped. With secure parking and easy access to the city, I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a remarkable stay.

Daniel’s home is in a great location, nice and quiet and very close to shops including Woolworths and a pharmacy. Spacious apartment and easily accommodated the 6 of us. Roughly an 18-20 minute drive into Canberra. Daniel is easy to communicate with, and responds in a timely manner. Instructions for check in/out were very simple and easy to follow.

I strongly recommend Daniel’s place .it’s in the heart of Canberra centre , near to everything . The building itself is new , spacious and very quiet. The flat was in immaculate condition . Super clean and tidy. Beds were super comfy with huge windows overlooking lovely views . Kitchen was well equipped . We really would love to stay there again .

Daniel is an excellent host, quick to respond and caring about his apartment. The location was excellent, close to the CBD and the light rail and with 2 underground car parking slots. The apartment was well stocked with all the right amenities. A great choice from our perspective.
